Politique de confidentialité de l’application VECTOR

Nous attachons une importance particulière à la protection de vos données à caractère personnel,

conformément aux dispositions du Règlement général sur la protection des données, ainsi qu’à la loi du

30 juillet 2018 relative à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard des traitements de données à

caractère personnel.

VIASATCONNECT collecte vos Données à caractère personnel nécessaires à des fins de maintenance de

l’application (gestion des comptes utilisateurs, garantie de la sécurité et de la fiabilité de l’application,

prévention des fraudes et des abus à l’encontre des services offerts, gestion des demandes des

personnes concernées, support des utilisateurs). Vous trouverez, ci-dessous, la liste des catégories de

données à caractère personnel collectées par VIASATCONNECT. Ce traitement est fondé sur notre intérêt

légitime.

VIASATCONNECT traite également vos Données à caractère personnel pour le compte de votre

employeur et conformément à ses instructions. Dans ce cadre, VIASATCONNECT agit en qualité de Sous-

traitant.

A cet égard, nous respectons la règlementation en vigueur en matière de protection des données à

caractère personnel et nous vous aidons dans le cadre de l’exercice des droits dont vous disposez en

votre qualité de personne concernée. Afin d’obtenir davantage d’informations concernant la mise en

œuvre de ces traitements, nous vous renvoyons aux politiques de confidentialité de vos employeurs

ainsi qu’aux contrats de service nous liant à nos Clients.

Vos Données sont susceptibles d'être communiquées, pour les finalités susvisées à des revendeurs

faisant partie ou non du groupe de VIASATCONNECT qui commercialisent les solutions VECTOR et

d’autre part, à des revendeurs ne faisant pas partie du groupe de VIASATCONNECT.

Données collectées par VIASATCONNECT

Vous trouverez, dans cet onglet, la liste des catégories de données à caractère personnel collectées, par

le biais de l’application, par VIASATCONNECT, en tant que responsable du traitement ou en tant que

sous-traitant. Les données à caractère personnel traitées par VIASATCONNECT, en sa qualité de sous-

traitant, pour le compte de l’employeur sont accessibles par ce dernier.

 Vos données d’identification (nom, prénom, nom de la société s’il est équivalent à votre nom

et adresse s’il s’agit de votre adresse privée) ;

 Vos données de contact (adresse email privée ou professionnelle si celle-ci fait mention de

votre nom) ;

 Vos données de connexion (login, mot de passe, logs) ;

 Vos préférences linguistiques ;

 Vos données de géolocalisation ;

 Vos données économiques et financières ;

 Vos données relatives aux prestations ;

 Photos.

Durée de conservation des données

La durée de conservation des données est celle durant laquelle l’utilisateur est inscrit sur le site

internet VECTOR et utilise l’application VECTOR.

Au terme de la période de conservation, nous mettons tout en œuvre pour s’assurer que vos Données

ont bien été rendues indisponibles.

Autorisations données à l’application VECTOR

Vous trouverez, dans cet onglet, les autorisations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’application

VECTOR. Nous vous renvoyons à la politique de géolocalisation de votre employeur pour de plus amples

renseignements.

 Localisation : Nous sollicitons votre autorisation afin de collecter les coordonnées GPS

(LAT/LONG) du téléphone mobile au démarrage et à la fin d'une prestation. Ce traitement

permet de transférer vos Données de géolocalisation à votre employeur à des fins de sécurité

du travailleur, de protection du véhicule de service, d’optimisation de la gestion des

déplacements professionnels et de contrôle d’exécution des prestations du travailleurs.

Cette autorisation d’accéder à votre localisation vous est demandée lorsque vous vous

connectez à l’application VECTOR.

Lorsque vous vous déconnectez de l’application ou lorsque vous désactivez la géolocalisation

de votre téléphone professionnel, nous ne pouvons plus accéder à votre localisation.

We attach particular importance to the protection of your personal data, in accordance with the

provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as the Law of the 30 July 2018 on the

protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

VIASATCONNECT collects your Personal Data necessary for the maintenance of the application

(management of user accounts, guaranteeing the security and reliability of the application, prevention

of fraud and abuse of the services offered, management of requests from data subjects, user support).

Below is a list of the categories of personal data collected by VIASATCONNECT. This processing is based

on our legitimate interest.

VIASATCONNECT also processes your Data on behalf of your employer and in accordance with its

instructions. In this context, VIASATCONNECT acts as a Processor.

In this respect, we comply with the applicable personal data protection regulations and assist you in

exercising your rights as a data subject. For more information on the implementation of these processing

operations and in particular on the duration of data retention, we refer you to the privacy policies of

your employers and to the service contracts binding us to our Clients.

Your Data may be communicated, for the above-mentioned purposes, to resellers who may or may not

be part of the VIASATCONNECT group and who market VECTOR solutions, and also to resellers who are

not part of the VIASATCONNECT group.

Data collected by VIASATCONNECT

In this tab, you will find a list of the categories of personal data collected through this application by

VIASATCONNECT as Controller or as Processor. The personal data processed by VIASATCONNECT, in its

capacity as PROCESSOR, on behalf of the employer, are accessible by the employer.

 Your identification data (surname, first name, company name if it is equivalent to your name

and address if it is your private address) ;

Duration of data retention

The retention period is the period during which the user is registered on the VECTOR website.

At the end of the retention period, we will make every effort to ensure that your Data has been made

unavailable.

Authorisations given to the VECTOR application

In this tab, you will find the authorisations required for the proper functioning of the VECTOR application.

We refer you to your employer’s geolocation policy for more information.

 Location : We seek your permission to collect the GPS coordinates (LAT/LONG) of the mobile

phone at the start and end of a service. This processing allows us to transfer your Geolocation

Data to your employer for the purposes of worker safety, protection of the service vehicle,

optimising the management of business trips and monitoring the performance of the worker’s

services.

You are asked for permission to access your location when you log on the VECTOR application.

When you log out of the application or when you deactivate the geolocation of your xork phone,

VIASATCONNECT can no longer access your location.

Privacybeleid van de VECTOR toepassing

Wij hechten bijzonder belang aan de bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens, overeenkomstig de

bepalingen van Algemene Gegevensbescherming, alsook de Wet van 30 juli 2018 betreffende de

bescherming van natuurlijke personen in verband met de verwerking van persoonsgegevens.

VIASATCONNECT verzamelt uw Persoonsgegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor het onderhoud van de

applicatie (beheer van gebruikersaccounts, waarborgen van de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van de

applicatie, preventie van fraude en misbruik van de aangeboden diensten, beheer van verzoeken van

betrokkenen, gebruikersondersteuning). Hieronder vindt u een lijst van de categorieën van

persoonsgegevens die door VIASATCONNECT worden verzameld. Deze verwerking is gebaseerd op ons

rechtmatig belang.

VIASATCONNECT verwerkt uw gegevens ook namens uw werkgever en in overeenstemming met diens

instructies. In dit verband treedt VIASATCONNECT op als Verwerker.

In dit opzicht houden wij ons aan de toepasselijke regelgeving inzake de bescherming van

persoonsgegevens en helpen wij u bij de uitoefening van uw rechten als betrokkene. Voor meer

informatie over de uitvoering van deze verwerkingen en met name over de duur van de bewaring van

de gegevens verwijzen wij u naar het privacybeleid van uw werkgevers en naar de

dienstverleningscontracten die ons binden aan onze cliënten.

Gegevens verzameld door VIASATCONNECT

In dit tabblad vindt u een lijst van de categorieën persoonsgegevens die via de applicatie worden

verzameld door VIASATCONNECT als verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking of als verwerker. De

persoonsgegevens die door VIASATCONNECT als verwerker voor rekening van de werkgever worden

verwerkt, zijn toegankelijk voor de werkgever.

 Uw identificatiegegevens (naam, voornam, firmanaam indien deze gelijk is aan uw naam en

adres indien het uw privé-adres betreft) ;

 Uw contactgegevens (privé- of professioneel e-mailadres indien het uw naam betreft) ;

 Uw verbindingsgegevens (login, paswoord, logs) ;

 Uw taalvoorkeur ;

 Uw geolocaliegegevens ;

 Uw economische en financiële gegevens ;

 Uw gegevens met betrekking tot diensten ;

Duur van de bewaring van gegevens

De bewaringstermijn is de periode gedurende welke de gebruiker op de VECTOR website is

geregistreerd.

Aan het einde van de bewaringstermijn zullen wij alles in het werk stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat uw

gegevens niet meer beschikbaar zijn.

Aan de VECTOR-toepassing verleende machtigingen

In dit tabblad vindt U de toelatingen die nodig zijn voor de goede werking van de VECTOR-toepassing.

Wij verwijzen u naar het geolocatiebeleid van uw werkgever voor meer informatie.

 Locatie: Wij vragen uw toestemming om de GPS-coördinaten (LAT/LONG) van de mobiele

telefoon bij het begin en het einde van een dienst te verzamelen. Deze verwerking stelt ons in

staat uw Geolocatiegegevens door te geven aan uw werkgever met het oog op de veiligheid

van de werknemer, de bescherming van het dienstvoertuig, de optimalisering van het beheer

van zakenreizen en het toezicht op de prestaties van de diensten van de werknemer.

U wordt om toestemming gevraagd voor toegang tot uw locatie wanneer u zich aanmeldt bij

de Vector-toepassing.

Wanneer u uitlogt uit de toepassing of wanneer u de geolocatie van uw werktelefoon

deactiveert, heeft VIASATCONNECT geen toegang meer tot uw locatie.
