4. HOE LANG BEWAREN WE UW GEGEVENS?
Wij bewaren uw gegevens gedurende de periode die nodig
is voor de doeleinden waarvoor ze zijn verzameld en in
overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wetgeving.
Aan het einde van de bewaringstermijn zal de
verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking alles in het werk

9. INFORMATIONS CONCERNANT LES ENFANTS
En règle générale, nous ne recueillons pas
intentionnellement d'informations personnelles
concernant des enfants de moins de 13 ans. Si nous
découvrons que nous avons par inadvertance recueilli des
informations sur des enfants de moins de 13 ans, nous
prendrons des mesures pour supprimer les informations

Bovendien kan VIASATCONNECT niet aansprakelijk worden
gesteld voor enige schade als gevolg van een onjuiste
manipulatie door derden van de Gegevens
(Gegevensdiefstal, virussen, phishing of andere
computerovertredingen).
